银行名称就填Wise就行
其他的信息必须一项项核对哈，尤其是description里面P开头的字符串要填好

可以不获取实体卡吗，只需要用到虚拟卡，好像看到说要先开实体卡才能用虚拟卡

不是的，卡的类型可以根据你个人需求来选
实体卡开卡之后也可以马上消费，跟虚拟卡没啥区别
