向各位locer请教发ticket的艺术

有时候对于不是全管理型的站站。
发ticket是需要艺术的。

总之，你总不求就发了“Help”"Please Help me" "求助" 之类的吧！

不知道这里的locer大神是怎么发的？

也不知道客服们对用户发ticket是什么要求？
例如技术求助需要那些信息？ 神马的

一般都是直接开门见山的说明问题。比如说quota就直接说About quota error也许我的方式不太行，不过我RP不错，都回答我了。
