LA1 Reboot - Please Read

This is just a quick email to let you know that LA1 has been Rebooted, The reason for LA1 to be rebooted was that the SSD that we use for caching became dislodged therefore needed a reboot for reconfiguration of the server.

Rebooting the server we noticed a few errors on a select few containers which have caused some data to be corrupted beyond repair.

Please check your Container to see if it is online, if it is not this is one of the affected containers. - You will need to reload your Operating System again to be able to use your VM Again.



We are very sorry about the inconvenience caused with all this,

For users that have purchased within 7 days if you wish to not continue your VPS Server (only due to the reason above) we will refund your payment to you as soon as possible (just let us know VIA Ticket)

Once again, sorry for the inconveniences this may have caused.
