你投诉的网站要有足够的证明材料证明确实侵犯了你的版权，你就可以拿到CF背后的后端IP了。

dmca是很严格的，欧美主机商都不敢违反，当然这个也要求证据充分

应该不会直接拿IP吧，盗版站套CF多了去了，好多大站依然坚挺。
